Some moments change you forever. At the centre of a humble home in Malawi were two differently abled children whose daily realities spoke of hardship. Neither of them was attending school, and living in a community where disability and poverty meant almost closed doors of hope, we presented an audio Bible to the eldest daughter.
In an instant, her face lit up. She shared a touching glimpse into her world: she has friends who regularly visit and teach her small fragments of reading. She took to the audio device with astonishing ease. Watching her navigate the buttons, listen to the scripture, and realize that the Word of God was now accessible right in the palm of her hand was nothing short of miraculous.
With a beaming smile, she expressed her deep gratitude and shared a powerful declaration: she is going to use the device to teach her little sister the Word of God. This family needs wheelchairs, education, and basic needs.
